Ordnance Factory Board To Recruit 4805 Apprentices; Details Here

Ordnance Factory Board (OFB) under the Ministry of Defence has invited applications for the recruitment of 4,805 apprentices in various trades.

The registration process will continue till December 30.

Of the total vacant positions, 1595 are for Non-ITI category and 3210 for ITI certificate holders.

Notification on OFB Apprentice Recruitment is available on ofb.gov.in under “News and Announcements”.

Eligibility and Educational Qualification:
• Non-ITI – Candidates who have passed Class X or equivalent with 50 per cent aggregate marks and 40 per cent marks in Maths and Science each, are eligible to apply.
• ITI – Candidates who have passed in relevant trade from any recognised by NCVT or SCVT or any other authority.

Age Limit: 15 to 24 years (Relaxation in upper age limit is admissible as per Government Rules).

Candidates, who have already applied through the Government of India portal : apprenticeship.gov.in , are also required to re-apply through the OFB website: ofb.gov.in.
