Cuttack: The office of the Orissa High Court will function with 100 per cent staff strength from February 1, 2021.
Notably, the court office was functioning with minimum number of employees due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, as the situation of pandemic is improving, all employees of the HC office will have to report for work from February 1, according to a notice issued on Thursday.
According to an earlier notice issued by the Orissa HC, lawyers and litigants could appear from their home or office through video conferencing for hearing of their cases till January end.
But it is still uncertain whether the hearing of cases will be conducted through video conferencing or in the physical mode from February 1.
