Over 4.5K Patients Recover From COVID-19 In Odisha

Bhubaneswar: As many as 4679 patients recovered from COVID-19 and were discharged from hospitals in all 30 districts of Odisha on Thursday.

Of the recovered cases, 819 were from Khurda district, 673 from Sundargarh, 426 from Nuapada, 303 from Jharsuguda, 229 from Balangir, 224 from Puri, 194 from Bargarh, 182 from Sambalpur, 170 from Cuttack, 166 from Kalahandi, 154 from Ganjam, 123 from Balasore and 104 from Rayagada.

Similarly, there were 77 recoveries from Mayurbhanj, 69 from Nayagarh, 64 from Jajpur, 63 from Bhadrak, 58 from Kendrapada, 55 from Sonepur and 53 each from Keonjhar and Koraput, according to Health and Family Welfare department.

The recoveries in other districts are as follow:

48 from Angul

45 from Jagatsinghpur

41 from Gajapati

36 from Deogarh

33 from Dhenkanal

18 from Kandhamal

15 from Malkangiri
13 from Nabarangpur
11 from Boudh
160 from State Pool
The total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 3,80,400 while there are 57710 active cases with addition of 6,998 positive cases in the last 24 hours.
