Bhubaneswar: More than 500 patients recovered from COVID-19 in Odisha for second day consecutive day on Tuesday.
According to Health and Family Welfare department, 523 patients recovered and were discharged from hospitals in 27 districts on the day while 538 patients had got well on Monday.
Of the recovered patients on the day, 85 are from Sundargarh district, 74 from Nuapada, 51 from Kalahandi, 48 from Jharsuguda, 36 from Khurda, 29 from Ganjam, 27 from Sambalpur, 22 from Cuttack, 18 each from Balangir and Keonjhar, 15 from Balasore, 14 each from Mayurbhanj and Puri and, 13 from Jajpur.
The recoveries from other districts are as follow:
7 from Koraput
5 each from Bargarh, Bhadrak, Jagatsinghpur, Nabarangpur and Rayagada
4 from Kandhamal
3 each from Angul and Gajapati
2 each from Dhenkanal, Kendrapada and Sonepur
