Basel, Switzerland: Ace shuttler P V Sindhu entered the finals of the World Badminton Championship here as she overwhelmed China’s Cen Yu Fei in a 40-minute match. She defeated Yufei 21-7, 21-14 in a one-sided women’s singles semifinal.

In the earlier two editions of the world championship, she ended up winning the silver medal, but her fans are optimistic of the 24-year-old bringing home the trophy this time around.
