Bhubaneswar: Like South Korea’s Patient 31, Odisha now has its own super-spreader. He is COVID-19 Patient 61. The 58-year-old man from Neliabag in Balasore town has infected nearly 13 persons with whom he had come in contact with, according to contact tracing and travel history details released by the Odisha government.
Those infected are mostly family members and relatives.
The man had tested positive for the virus on April 18 and undergoing treatment at KIMS COVID hospital here.
Balasore has so far reported 16 corona positive cases.
