Plus II Arts, Vocational Results In Odisha On Aug 8

Bhubaneswar: The results of the annual Plus II Arts and Vocational Courses Examinations conducted by Odisha’s Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE)  will be declared on August 8.

The results will be announced at 4 pm on Monday at the office of the CHSE here, a Council official said on Saturday.

The results will be available on the Council’s website www.chseodisha.nic.in. Students will also be able to check their scores on www.orissaresults.nic.in.

The CHSE had announced the results of Plus II Science and Commerce annual examinations on July 27. While the pass percentage for Science was 94.12, it was  89.20 per cent in Commerce stream.

The annual Plus II Examinations were conducted in offline mode this time after a gap of two years. Last year, the examination was held in virtual mode due to COVID pandemic.

Over 3,21 lakh students in Arts, Science, Commerce and Vocational streams appeared in the examinations held between April 28 and May 31 at different centres across the state. While around 2.13 lakh students in Arts steam had registered for the examination, the number of examinees in Science stream was 78,077. Similarly, 24,136 students in Commerce stream and 5,863 students in Vocational courses had registered for the examination.
