Xiaomi’s performance brand bet has paid off. POCO F1 is now the largest-selling phone, priced at above Rs 15,000, crossing OnePlus 6, which is now in the second spot.
This was shared by Manu Kumar Jain, MD of Xiaomi India, who was quoting from a market analysis report made by IDC. According to the IDC report, in Q4 2018, POCO F1 had a 22.4 per cent market share and OnePlus had a 17.9 per cent market share in the online space.
Manu Jain also announced that the company will be giving away one POCO F1 phone for people who retweet and mention why they love the phone.
One of the main USPs of the POCO F1 is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, which is found in high-end flagship phones.
