Bhubaneswar: The sub-post office at IRC Village in Odisha capital was temporarily shut on Friday after a staffer posted there tested COVID-19 positive.
In a letter, Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Bhubaneswar Division, said that the office was completely sanitized before closing. The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has also been requested to sanitize the office immediately.
Director of Capital Hospital has been requested to conduct COVID-19 test for all the staff of IRC Village SO on a priority basis. “The test will be conducted in any other COVID Hospital if required,” it added.
