Bhubaneswar: Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL) was presented the 5 Star Kalinga Environment Excellence Award-2020 for its contribution towards management of healthy environment at industrial sites.
Arvind Kumar Tiwari, general manager (technical services) and Ambikesh Mishra, DGM (environment management), PPL received the award from Odisha Assembly Speaker Surjya Narayan Patro and Dr K Murugesan, member secretary, Odisha State Pollution Control Board (OSPCB) at a function in Bhubaneswar on Saturday.
The function was held at the sixth seminar on “Sustainable Environment and Kalinga Environment Excellence Award-2020”. The seminar was jointly organised by Institute of Quality Management and Environment Management Services (IQEMS) and Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad.
Vinod Kumar, chairman of IQEMS and Debabrata Panigrahi, convener of IQEMS were present at the occasion.
