Bhubaneswar: Governor Ganeshi Lal on Friday appointed Prof Pravat Kumar Roul as the Vice Chancellor of Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) in Bhubaneswar for a period of three years with effect from the date he assumes office.
Prof Roul is currently posted as Managing Director, APICOL. He has more than 29 years of teaching experience. He has published 24 books and successfully guided 9 PhD scholars, an official release said.
