Moscow: Vladimir Putin continued his pressure tactics on Sunday, saying that only Ukrainian authorities will be responsible if the nation’s statehood comes under threat.
The Russian President, on whose order Russian troops launched an intense military operation against Ukraine on February 24, Putin said the leadership of the eastern European nation must understand the consequences of their acts.
“The current (Ukrainian) authorities must understand that if they continue to do what they are doing, they are putting in question the future of Ukrainian statehood… And if this happens, they will be fully responsible,” Putin said.
