Priyanka Chopra Selected British Fashion Council’s Ambassador For Positive Change

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has been selected as the British Fashion Council’s (BFC) new ambassador for Positive Change.

The actress took to her Twitter handle on Monday to share the good news with her fans and stated that she is both happy and excited about her new role.

In her post, Priyanka further wrote that she will be staying and working in London in 2021.

“I am honored to be the British Fashion Council’s Ambassador for Positive Change while I’m living and working in London over the next year. We’ll have some really exciting initiatives to share soon, and I look forward to bringing you on this journey with me. (sic),” tweeted the actress.

Along with the tweet, she wrote, “Fashion has always been the pulse of pop culture and can be a powerful force with the ability to connect cultures and bring people together. I look forward to celebrating the incredible diversity and creativity of the industry.”

As the new ambassador, Piggy Chops will be helping out with The Fashion Awards 2020, which will be completely digital.

The Fashion Awards 2020 is to celebrate those who have brought about a transformation in the fashion industry and pushed the environmental agenda.
