Bhubaneswar: Around 20 prominent Odia poets recited their poems at a unique literary fest in Bhubaneswar.
The poets presented their creations in first session of the fest, titled ‘Uccharan’. Well-known publishing house Timepass organised the fest in the ongoing 6th State Book Festival in the city.
Story-writer Biyatprangya Tripathy, poet Shakti Mohanty and actor Abhisek Giri were the jury members of the competition while noted litterateur Ajay Swain was the supervisor.
Director of Timepass Saroj Bal presided the event which was coordinated by Ansuman Sahu and Bedprakash Nayak.
As many as 12 books on poems, story collections and essays written by different writers were also released on the occasion.
