Bhubaneswar: The East Coast Railway informed that Puri-Sambalpur Special will originate from Khurda Road instead of Puri on Wednesday.
It further added that the train has been cancelled partially between Khurda Road and Puri from both directions and attributed it to the late running of connecting train due to public agitation at Talcher and for time adjustment.
