Puri: Several Bombs Hurled In Attack, Police Rush To Spot
Puri: Police have rushed to the spot after a group of men reportedly hurled several bombs at a rival group over a land dispute, at Nathapur village in Krishnaprasad block. One person was injured, police said.
Police sources said more than 40 bombs were hurled in the incident. Three police platoons have rushed to the spot.
Puri Additional SP, SDPO and Brahmagiri IIC are present at the spot. More details are awaited.
About 35 families of Brahmapur in Puri district have settled in Krishnaprasad. Local residents were not happy with this and a meeting was called to settle the dispute when the incident took place.
