Quran Exhibition Held In Bhubaneswar To Spread Message Of Love & Peace

Bhubaneswar: A unique exhibition of Quran was held in Odisha capital on Sunday with an aim to spread the message of love and peace among the masses.

The exhibition, organised by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat at Masjid Hamad in Unit 4, seeks to tell people to adopt the policy of “love for all and hatred for none,” President Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Bhubaneswar Muhammad Nuruddin Amin said in a press release.

Through this exhibition, an effort was made to explain the true meaning of the teachings of the Quran to the people. Many people have ignored the teachings in the Quran and it is necessary to properly explain them, the organisers said.

According to Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, spiritual master of the Ahmadiyya community, the response at this juncture should be to present the peaceful teachings of the Quran to the people in the light of the current controversy over the scripture among different groups of Muslims.

The Ahmadiyya community has translated the Quran into 76 languages. This apart, the Qur’an has also been translated into more than 20 languages in a lecture and these are being recited during the event. The objective of the event is to tell people to have love and respect other human beings instead of hating anyone, Amin added.
