Bhubaneswar: Congress president Rahul Gandhi will visit Odisha again on April 9 to expedite the poll campaign for his party candidates.
Sources in the Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) said that during his visit, the party high command will address a public meeting at Digapahandi in Ganjam district.
