Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast light to moderate rain and lightning in some parts of Nabarangpur, Nuapada, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Dhenkanal, Nayagarh, Cuttack (including Cuttack city) and Khurda (including Bhubaneswar) till 12 pm on Wednesday.
