Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast rain and thundershowers over Odisha on February 25-25, and issued a yellow warning for February 25.
Light to moderate rainfall occurred at a few places over north Odisha districts and at one or two places over south coastal Odisha on Monday. Dry weather prevailed over the districts of south interior Odisha.
The highest maximum temperature of 33.6 degrees Celsius was recorded at Bhawanipatna and the lowest minimum temperature of 11.7 degrees Celsius was recorded at Jharsuguda in the state.

Light to moderate rain or thundershowers very likely to occur at one or two places over Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj. Dry weather very likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha.
Feb 25 (8.30 am) to Feb 26 (8.30 am)
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers very likely to occur at a few places over the districts of north Odisha and at one or two places over the districts of south Odisha.
Yellow warning: Thunderstorms with lighting very likely to occur at one or two places over Sundargarh, Deogarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and Jajpur.
There will be no large change in minimum temperature during the next 4-5 days over Odisha.
