Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday issued yellow warning for 10 districts of Odisha till 5 pm.
Thunderstorm with lightning accompanied by light to moderate rain is likely in some parts of Ganjam, Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Balasore, Khurda, Koraput, Nabarangpur and Nuapada during the next three hours.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect from lightning strikes.
