Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday issued a nowcast warning for six districts of Odisha till 3.10 pm.
Light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning is likely in some parts of Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Kendrapada, Keonjhar, Jajpur, and Mayurbhanj during the next two hours.
People have been advised to move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
