Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday issued a nowcast warning for nine districts of Odisha till 1 pm.
Light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorm and lightning is likely in some parts of Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Khurda(including Bhubaneswar city), Mayurbhanj, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Koraput and Kendrapada during the next three hours.
The MeT office has warned about waterlogging in low-lying areas, occasional poor visibility and traffic disruptions in urban areas.
