Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) here has forecast light to moderate rain/thundershower and lightning in some parts of Angul, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore, Kendrapada, Jatgatsinghpur, Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Khurda (Bhubaneswar), Nayagarh and Mayurbhanj till 11 am on Friday.
