Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast light to moderate rain and lightning in some parts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Jajpur, Dhenkanal, Angul, Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Khurda (including Bhubaneswar), Nayagarh, Boudh and Kandhamal till 1 pm on Wednesday.
