Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a nowcast warning for eight districts of Odisha till 1 pm on Tuesday.
Light to moderate rain is likely at some places in Khurda (including Bhubaneswar), Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Nayagarh, Angul, and Sambalpur during the next 3 hours.

People have been advised to keep a close watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
