Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological (IMD) on Sunday forecast light to moderate rain accompained by thunderstorm and lightning at some places in 11 districts of Odisha till 4.40 pm.
This weather condition will prevail in Kendrapada, Angul, Dhenkanal, Balasore, Bhadarak, Jajpur, Mayurbhanj, Koraput, Keonjhar, Bargarh and Cuttack (including Cuttack city) during the next three hours.
People have been advised to keep a close watch on the weather and according move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
