Mumbai: Actors Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa welcomed their bundle of joy on November 14, on their fourth wedding anniversary.
Two months later, the proud parents took to their Instagram handle on Sunday evening to introduce their newborn daughter to the world, and reveal her name.
Sharing a cute picture of the tiny hands, held between her parents’ hands, the couple wrote, “With folded hands and full hearts, we introduce our greatest blessing. PARVATI PAUL RAO ✨ पार्वती पॉल राव ❤️🙏.”

In Sanskrit, the name ‘Parvati’ means ‘daughter of the mountain’, but what left netizens confused was the surname attached to the name.
While Rao is the father’s surname, what about ‘Paul’?
Well, many aren’t aware that Patralekha’s maiden name is Patralekha Paul.
Hence, the couple included both Rao and Paul in the child’s surname.
After being blessed with their daughter, the couple had shared the happy news with fans with a sweet note.
“We are over the moon. God has blessed us with a baby girl. Blessed parents, Patralekhaa and Rajkummar,” they posted.
