New Delhi: Senior Congress leader Ranjib Biswal has been appointed as the national spokesperson of the All India Congress Committee (AICC).
Party president Rahul Gandhi made the appointment in New Delhi on Thursday. Biswal was a member of the 11th and 12th Lok Sabha in 1996-97 and 1998-99. He was elected to the Rajya Sabha in April 2014.
