Bhubaneswar: A day after the Supreme Court ordered a stay on Rath Yatra across Odisha, a petition was filed a Friday seeking partial modification in the previous order by allowing the annual sojourn of the Lords in Puri alone by enforcing complete shutdown in the Pilgrim Town.
The petition has been filed by applicant Aftab Hossein.
