Bhubaneswar: The recovered tally in Odisha touched 10,476 on Wednesday as a record 612 more patients were cured of the infection.
According to Health Department sources, Ganjam, which saw 286 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, reported the highest 270 recoveries.

The recoveries also include 84 from Sundargarh, 48 from Keonjhar, 35 from Gajapati, 31 from Balasore, 28 from Khurda, 25 from Nayagarh, 20 from Jajpur, 15 from Mayurbhanj, 10 each from Cuttack, Koraput, and Jagatsinghpur, six each from Bargarh and Puri, five from Balangir, three from Kendrapada, two each from Kalahandi and Kandhamal and one each from Rayagada and Sambalpur.
With this, 70.31 percent of COVID-19 patients have been cured in the state with total 14,898 positive cases till date.
