Bhubaneswar: Soumi Biswas scored 99% to top the CBSE Class X exam at KiiT International School (KiiT-IS) in Bhubaneswar, which achieved 100% results.
Most of the students passed the examination with 90% and above marks, the school said in a release.
While all the students scored first division marks in Class XII, the school produced the regional toppers in Humanities and Commerce. In the Humanities stream, Bishakha Rout secured 99.4%, while B Roneet Patro scored 99.2% in the Commerce stream. Pratham Prateek Mohanty topped the Science stream in the school with 99%.
Deevyanshu Malu, who topped in Odisha in the recently held JEE-Main 2022 exam, has scored a perfect 100 in all three subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Congratulating all students for their success, KIIT & KISS founder Dr Achyuta Samanta said it was possible only because of proper care and modern teaching methodology. He thanked Chairperson Dr Monalisa Bal, Principal Dr Sanjay Suar and other staff for their effort towards this success.
