Bhubaneswar: In view of the Bali Jatra in Odisha’s Cuttack from November 8 to 16, the Commissionerate Police has imposed restrictions on movement of vehicular traffic.
According to release of the Commissionerate Police on Saturday, the following traffic restrictions will remain in effect during the period of Bali Jatra in Cuttack:

- No 3-wheeler or 4-wheeler can go from Sati Chaura to Bali Jatra through Shleter Chhak and Kanika Chhak. The riders can go through Bidanasi Bandha Chaak and park their vehicles at Bhuasuni field. From there, they can take the vehicles provided by the administration.
- The two-wheelers vehicles from Shelter Chhak and Kanika Chhak can park in allotted space near the Bali Jatra or the field in front of Dayashram or Kartikeswar Gadia.
- The vehicles coming fr0m Madhusudan bridge can also park in Bhuasuni field.
- The two-wheelers from Bhuasuni field and Chahata can go upto Deer Park and park the vehicles in Kartikeswar Gada field
- No three-wheeler or four-wheeler is allowed to go from Deer Park to the Bali Jatra area. These vehicles can park in Christian field and go walking to the Bali Jatra from there.
- No vehicle is allowed to travel from Biju Patnaik Chhak to Bali Jatra through Dayashram road. These vehicles can park in Christian field and then go walking
- Only two-wheelers can go from Biju Patnaik Chhak to Dayashram road and park in the field near it
- No three-wheeler or four-wheeler is allowed from Kanika Chhak to Bali Jatra. These vehicles can park in Christian field and then go to Bali Jatra.
- No three-wheeler or four-wheeler is allowed from Chandi Chhak through Convent Square to Bali Jatra. These vehicles can park in Christian field and then go to Bali Jatra. But two-wheelers are allowed upto Dayashram field through Convent Square and PHD office.
- No three-wheeler or four-wheeler is allowed from Samaj office through Nari Seva Sadan chhak. They are allowed upto Christian field for parking.
- No vehicle is allowed from PHD office and Dayashram chhak to Bali Jatra.
- Three-wheelers and four-wheelers are not allowed from Buxi Bazaar Fire Station chhak to Bali Jatra through Reserve Police Line. Only two-wheelers are allowed from this place upto Dayshram square for parking the vehicles
- No vehicle is allowed from Nari Seva Sadan and Odisha Police Association square to Madhusudan statue.
- All vehicles coming from Jobra and Matamatha can park in the space near Lower Bali Jatra ground. No vehicle is allowed from the residence of chief justice on Ring Road to Gadgadia temple.
- No vehicle is allowed from Howrah Motor and Mastan Dargha to Madhusudan statue. The vehicles can divert on right side of chief justice’s residence and park near Lower Bali Jatra ground.
- No vehicle is allowed to go from Lions Eye Hospital behind the Barabati Stadium to Bali Jatra. Similarly, no vehicle is allowed from Madhusudan statue to Bali Jatra ground.
