Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Wednesday re-appointed retired IAS officer Tribikram Pradhan as Special Secretary, Water Resources Department, for a period of one year.
The General Administration & Public Grievance Department notified that he will be re-engaged with effect from May 1.
He had earlier served as Additional Secretary to Excise Department and Registrar, Cooperative Societies.
