Jeypore: A headmaster died in a road accident while returning from market at Kotpad in Koraput district after shopping for 71st Republic Day celebration in his school on Saturday night.
The deceased has been identified as Chakradhar Pal. He was the headmaster of Bhansuli High School.
The accident took place at around 9 am when a speeding tractor hit his vehicle near Bastamba. He died on the spot, sources said.
