Rourkela: Sundargarh district has reported seven positive cases in the last two days.
On April 26, the Health and Family Welfare Department had tweeted about three persons from Rourkela testing positive for the virus and identified them as two men aged 23 and 60 and a 57-year-old woman. While two among them are confirmed close contacts of an earlier positive case, one is a suspected contact, the tweet said.
Four more cases – two women aged 55 and 35 and as many men aged 38 and 27 – were detected in the district on April 27. Residents of Nala Road in Rourkela, they are all close contact of previous corona patients, another tweet by I & PR Department said.
The affected tally in Sundargarh now stands at 10 and three among them have recovered from the disease.
