Rourkela: Sundargarh district saw another surge in COVID-19 cases with 112 more people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
Along with details of these new cases, the district administration also shared those of 22 patients of July 27.
Majority of the new cases are from Rourkela and contacts of previous patients. One among them has travel history to Dubai.
With these new cases, the COVID-19 tally touched 1124 in Sundargarh. With six deaths and 764 recoveries, the district now has 451 active cases.
