New Delhi: The Russia-Ukraine war is likely to affect the global crude supply chain. The Indian government is keeping a close tab on the scenario, India Today TV quoted sources a saying on Thursday.
Sources informed India Today TV that the oil ministry has apprised the Prime Minister’s Office and Finance Ministry about the current global oil crisis.
Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri had a detailed discussion with the PMO and Finance Ministry about the losses Indian oil companies were facing due to the crisis. During the discussion, the Finance Ministry officials said that they would keep a tab on the current excise level.
