SAI Angan Bhubaneswar Hosts Graduation Ceremony With A Difference

Bhubaneswar: SAI Angan, the nurturing centre of SAI International School, hosted a graduation ceremony with a difference recently.

It was for Kindergarten (KG-II) students, held at the school campus on March 14.

Held across two sessions, students from sections A, B and C were felicitated during the 8 am to 9.15 am ceremony, followed by sections D and E from 9.20 am to 10 am.

Dressed in miniature caps and satin capes, the budding young scholars radiated joy as they stepped onto the stage, greeted by thunderous applause from proud parents and teachers.

The ceremony featured the symbolic tassel-turning ritual and the timeless melody of ‘Pomp and Circumstance’.

Every child received a scroll of accomplishment, marking their transition to Grade I.

“Today, we honour not just their academic strides but their blossoming confidence and creativity. These little ones are now ready to embrace the adventures of formal schooling,” said SAI International School’s Associate Director & Principal (Primary) Rashmi Pandey.

“Our Founder Dr Bijaya Kumar Sahoo always emphasised the importance of recognising early educational milestones. Every certificate handed today is a testament to perseverance — both of the children and their families. At SAI, we believe these moments sow the seeds for lifelong curiosity,” remarked Dr Silpi Sahoo, SAI International Education Group’s Chairperson.

A cherished annual tradition, SAI Angan’s graduation ceremonies are meant to foster resilience and enthusiasm in young learners.
