Bhubaneswar: SAI International founder Dr. Bijaya Kumar Sahoo has made an appeal to all to contribute generously to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) and help in the state government’s efforts to battle the novel coronavirus.
As a first step, all the staff members of SAI have agreed to contribute one day’s salary to the CMRF. All his students have agreed for the school to donate one day’s fee to the fund.
In addition, Sahoo and his wife and Vice Chairperson of SAI International, Silpi Sahoo, will donate their one-month salary to the CMRF, a press release said.
Sahoo has also appealed to every individual to make judicious use of resources and not panic in these impending adversaries.
“Indians will lead by example and beat every crisis,” he said and urged people to stay at home.
