Hyderabad: Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s highly-anticipated ‘Spirit’, starring Prabhas and Triptii Dimri in lead roles, will be released in theatres in 2027.
Production banner T-Series, which is bankrolling the action drama, announced the release date of the film on its social media handles.
Sharing a black-and-white poster, they wrote, “REMEMBER… #Spirit is set for a World release on March 5, 2027.”
Soon, fans took to the comments section to share their excitement.

Vanga’s film has been in news ever since its announcement.
‘Spirit’ made headlines after its lead actress Deepika Padukone walked out of the film apparently because of uncomfortable work hours and low remuneration.
Later, after the first look poster was unveiled, netizens criticised Vanga for copying Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’ look.
“Mujhe laga animal park hain (I thought it is Animal Park),” one user posted.
