Servitors Put Up Posters Protesting Camera Phone Ban

Puri: Handwritten posters opposing ban on camera mobile phones in Srimandir were found on the temple premises on Friday.
Through posters, Sevayat Samaj has urged the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) to maintain equal guidelines for the devotees and servitors. The devotees should be allowed to carry non-camera mobile phones inside the temple, the posters read.
The posters also advised the servitors to purchase non-camera phones at their own expenses.
The process of distribution of non-camera mobile phones was started by SJTA on December 19.
