Bhawanipatna: An ASHA in Kalahandi district has brought sexual harassment allegations against a medical officer, identified as Amlan Keshari Nayak.
She has lodged a complaint with Kegaon police, on basis of which they have registered a case under Sections 354 and 509 of the IPC against the accused.

According to the complainant, Nayak allegedly forced her to have physical relation with him. She further alleged that the Chief District Medical Officer (CDMO) had requested her to withdraw the case.
The accused has refuted the charges.
