Mumbai: Post Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic demise, Shekhar Suman was one among those on the forefront demanding justice for the late actor.
Shekhar also visited Sushant’s grieving family in Patna and offered his condolences.
However, a section of people started calling out the actor and accused him of showing interest in Sushant’s case for political gains.
Post the Bihar elections, Shekhar took to his official Twitter handle to take a dig at the people who had criticized him and demanded an apology from them.
“When I met Tejashwi Yadav in connection with Sushant in Patna, a lot of ppl accused me of having political ambitions. The Bihar elections have come n gone and I couldn’t care a fig about it. Wd these creeps who accused me now come forward and say sorry to me,” tweeted Shekhar.

Further, taking a dig at the haters, the actor wrote, “If you fight for a problem you are doing it for publicity, if you don’t you are a self-centered, coward and a selfish guy. One has to think a million times before taking a stand. There ain’t always a motive behind what you do.”
