Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported a significant drop in daily COVID caseload on Saturday with 403 people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours. The active tally has dropped below 4,000 and currently stands at 3,966. The state reported 583 cases on Friday.
According to the I & PR department, 237 cases are from quarantine and 166 local contacts. Among them, 48 are in the age group of 0-18 years.

With these cases being detected from 15,410 samples, the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) stood at 2.61%.
