Bhubaneswar: An awareness programme for snake rescuers, ‘No Stunts With Snakes’ was organised by the Snake Helpline in the city on Sunday. Earlier, snake rescuers have died by doing stunts with snakes. They were advised not to do so at the one-day workshop. More than 60 snake rescuers were present at the workshop. “We have been observing that many rescuers have died while doing stunts with snakes. We have organised this workshop to spread awareness among them,” said Snake Helpline General Secretary, Subhendu Mallick.
