Bhubaneswar: Leading recruiters at the campus hiring programme at the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), faculty of engineering of SOA Deemed to be University, have found what they are looking for – students with a self-learning attitude.
Microsoft, Reliance Industries, Amazon, Deloitte, Robert Bosch, Informatica, Capgemini, MAQ Software and Mu-Sigma have completed their hiring process in the Day-Zero slots from the 2020 graduating batch.
“After this, Day-One recruiters like Cognizant, Wipro and Infosys are in the process of recruiting talent from the ITER campus,” said Dr. Sujit Kumar Dash, Head, Training and Placement.
“To make an impact in the present environment of digital technology, the graduates need to enhance their skill sets with a diversified approach, irrespective of their branch or specialisation of study. Industries demand adaptability from freshers, which can be accomplished based on the conceptual way of learning in all verticals,” Dr. Dash said.
