Kolkata: BCCI President and former Team India captain Sourav Ganguly will undergo a stenting procedure at a private hospital in Kolkata on Thursday.
The procedure will be done by Dr Aftab Khan in the presence of renowned cardiologist Dr Devi Shetty. Two other experts, Dr Saptarshi Basu and Dr Saroj Mondal, will also be present.
On Wednesday, the 48-year-old former India captain visited Apollo Hospital after complaining of chest pain. He got admitted.
Ganguly had undergone an angioplasty at the hospital earlier this month. He had spent five days at the hospital and was discharged after the doctors termed him clinically fit on January 7, NDTV reported.
