Bhubaneswar: To mark 100 years of the visit of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi to Odisha, the State Assembly will have a special discussion on Tuesday.
Announcing this on Monday, Speaker Surjya Narayan Patro said the House will have a special discussion for three hours from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm on the various aspects on the visits of Gandhiji to the state on different occasions and pass a resolution.
In view of the special discussion, the question hour, zero hour and the adjournment motion will remain cancelled, the Speaker added.
