Koraput: After fake sauce, ghee, masala, edible oil, soya chunks, paneer, tea, Gutkha and tobacco manufacturing units in different places of Odisha, a spurious liquor manufacturing unit was busted in the district on Saturday.
On a tip-off, police raided a unit at Kunguguda village under Kotpad block and seized spurious liquor and packaging materials. The unit was using fake logos of various reputed brands on the bottles of spurious liquor and selling those.
Further investigation into the matter is on.
